Elizabeth has a degree in the field of Industrial and Systems Engineering, along with 5 years experience in the defense contracting and consulting industry.  Her experience in designing systems and tools to provide efficiency to large corporate clients and government agencies allows her a unique perspective when creating systems for your home or office space.  While working for a Big 4 consulting firm, Elizabeth focused on creating and delivering training presentations for corporations as well as designing, building, and implementing new software systems for various government agencies.  Elizabeth also has experience in giving presentations and facilitating extensive corporate training courses.

Elizabeth is currently an active member of the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), where she serves as the President for the Seattle Area NAPO Chapter.

Vanessa Benavidez

Administrative Assistant & Lead Scheduler

Vanessa joined the Innovatively Organized team in April of 2009.  She assists in day to day operations and is the main point of contact for scheduling.  Vanessa has over 9 years of administrative experience most recently with the Clark County School District in Las Vegas.

Alisa Hanft

Senior Professional Organizer

Alisa has a background in Interior Design.  Her experience in this field provides clients with a unique combination of skills.  She is able to handle complex problems and think critically to create effective organizing solutions.  Utilizing her knowledge of organizing techniques and elements such as color theory, space planning and visual presentation, provides a comprehensive experience for our clients.
