This means you know where everything goes, and you eliminate wasted time searching for an item. It also helps you clean up faster because you’ll know exactly where to put things back once you’re done using them!
Use cloud services as a convenient way to access all your information while you’re on-the-go, through your laptop or your phone.
Schedule a time/date to file and clean your files (weekly or bi-monthly).
